Avoid blood thinning medications (aspirin, Advil, naproxen, fish oil, vitamin E) 3 days prior to your appointment.

Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before your treatment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, or heat (like saunas or hot yoga) the day before and day of your appointment.

For 4 hours: Stay upright (NO laying down), no rubbing or massaging the areas, avoid makeup (or use mineral based)

For 24 hours: avoid strenuous physical activity, hot tubs, saunas, facials, and blood thinners

You may notice bumps, swelling, bruising, redness, itching, altered sensation such as a tightness or heaviness, and/or tenderness,  at the injection site temporarily after your treatment. Nothing to worry about, these go away after a short period of time!
